New Year’s Resolution: Get more exercise, spend time with family and friends, and help others. All this and more at Tesh’s 45th Annual Hangover Handicap 5K Fun Run.
January 1st at 9:30 a.m. at Riverstone Park, runners, walkers, dogs on leashes and babies in strollers will enjoy a flat 5k course on the Centennial Trail, along the Spokane River. The event starts and finishes at Riverstone Park, and goes along the Centennial Trail toward North Idaho College and back. Before and after the run fruit, energy bars, coffee/hot chocolate and water will be available in the gazebo. Patio heaters outside the gazebo will be a toasty, cozy gathering spot.

- Date: January 1, 2022
- Run Starts: 9:30 a.m.
- Check-In Time: 7:30 - 9:00 a.m.
- Check-In Location: NEW LOCATION! Riverstone Park, 1805 W Tilford Ln., Coeur D Alene, ID
- Race Route: NEW RACE ROUTE! The event starts and finishes at Riverstone Park, and goes along the Centennial Trail toward North Idaho College and back.
- Race Distance: NEW RACE DISTANCE! The race is a 5K only this year, not a 5-mile race.

- Register before December 22, 2021, and receive a long-sleeved t-shirt with registration.
- DECEMBER 29th IS THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER!
- NO ONSITE/ DAY-OF REGISTRATIONS! Pre-REGISTRATION REQUIRED!
All proceeds from this event benefit TESH, Inc., a private, not-for-profit organization whose core purpose is to offer choices and opportunities to people of all ages seeking greater independence, self-sufficiency, and participation in their community. Donations added to race registration are tax-deductible and also qualify for an additional Idaho state income tax credit.
